All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

5. International Shipping & Customs

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: Figure Bird is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Email us at figurebird43@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.


7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Figure Bird is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. For address changes after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours at figurebird43@gmail.com. Changes may not be possible after the order is processed.
